The graph and pie chart below give information on in house training courses in a large financial company

The first pictorial illustrates the distribution of training hours of different skills, and the second bar graph represents the percentage criteria of manager and secretary of four various categories.
Overall, the highest hours were consumed in the technical training, while health and safety required the lowest time. Both manager and secretary recorded highest percentages on important for job, and secured the least score on wast of valuable time category.
Considering pie chart, 50% training hours(30 hours) spent on technical skills, higher than any other skills. 10 and 15 hours spent on namely inter personal skills and career development. Interestingly, only 5 hours per year was spent on the training of career development, lower than any other activities.
Examining bar graph, in good for networking domain, manager scored 50% which was 8% more than secretary. Moreover, secretary and manager got only 9% and 11% respectively in wast of valuable time. While manager scored higher in 3 out of 4 categories, in the category of important for job, they scored almost 77% which was nearly 6% lower than the score of secretary in the same category.
