Overall, the process includes several key stages, beginning with mixing two ingredients and culminating in producing thick liquid
The first step involves milk and water being put together. The blended substance subsequently undergoes a cooling stage at 5oC for 2 hours. Salt is then poured into before fermenting the product for 6 hours at 35oC. The evaporation stage occurs when the substance is heated at 1000c in 8 hours in order to get the steam.
After this phase is completed, Cooling proceeds at 5oC in 6 hours to separate the soft cheese and the waste water, with the soft cheese above is pushed through a filter and the waste water is flow to another opposite filter. Once the liquid is formed, It takes some times to become thick liquid- a perfect soft cheese product.
