Political correctness in the GRE's essays

Hello. It seems that modern western society pays more and more attention to political correctness. Consequently, I would like to know which thems or/and words should be avoided in essays. Additionally to it, sometimes in essay I have to use words which connect with gender and gender connected social rols/mother, father, housemaid etc/. I feel discomfort about such situations because I am afreid of being accused of bias attituted etc.
In other words, may you explain what ETS wants from test-takers?
Thank you.
Happy New Year and Christmas.

1. If you are not sure the words, simply don't use them.

2. If you really have to use some words which you think may cause misunderstandings, use those words we see very often.

3. It is an exam not a blog. There is only one or maximum two human graders who will check the essay out, so don't be scared to put any words you want:

the final marks = (essay e-rater + human grader)/2

Hundreds of other students and I belong to them. I'm not ready to devote so much time to practicing my writing skills, seeing no result. Of course, it'll benefit my future and everything, but I had better learn to write by the professionals' example. Statistics project help.
