The given chart shows the changes in the percentages of employment in several countries between female and female in 1995 and 2005.
Overall, from 1995 to 2005 there were an increase in employment rates for males and females in Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, UK, New Zealand, and USA. Switzerland was a country that the level of employees for both women and man equally increased and was higher than the other country.
In 1995, there were more males than females who get a job in several countries. Iceland, is the country that have the higest rate of employment for men, above 70% while employment rate for men in UK is the lowest, just fifty-five percent. On the other hand, women who are given the highest chance to work, around 57%, were the females in Switzerland while in New Zealand there were just about 26 percent women who could be the employees.
The following decade, 2005, employement rates for both men and women in several country increased slightly although still the employment rate for women were overall lower than men. Iceland again was the country who opened largest employment for males society that the employment rate grew up to above 80 percent. The employment rate in UK increased highly by 20%, the highest changes among the other countries. For women, fantastically, women in switzerland who got job was rose to 68% and this rate was same with male employment rate in Australia.
