The diagram shows changes in number of British males and females who attended further education, between 1970/1 and 1990/1. Both male and female trends consider if the education was attended full time or part time.
First of all, it is clear that most of students of both sexes were involved in full-time education, with values always above 600 threshold whereas part-time records reached the maximum value at 200.
