Economic growth helps to improve the standard of living. However, some researches show that people in developing countries are happy with this trend, whilest people in developed countries are not happy about it. Explain why do you think about it?

Economic growth is the scale of progress and prosperity of any nation. For that, national leaders are organizing so many programs. Some are fruitful, while others are failing. In my perception, people in the poor countries are not happy with the economic growth because, their significant needs are totally different from developed countries.

To begin with, in developed countries the infrastructure and basic living standards are already established and maintenance only needed there. Economic growth depends upon the growth of industries, agriculture, and business. Finance is the backbone of all these developments. Taxes are the main sources of Governments' income. To create more employment and taxes the Governments can allocate more money for sectors like industries, IT and vocational programs than new basic developments.

Undoubtedly, developmental programs will generate new job opportunities, which help will help educated people to grasp new job offers to relieve unemployment. This improves the living standard of the people, especially, if they are skilled. Ultimately, all these measures attract economic progress and can be felt in all sectors of the society and the country. Furthermore, the number of poor people also less in developed nations compared to developing nations. In short, rich nations have skilled labor, but fewer opportunities to use it, economic growth will be a blessing for the people in the developed nations.

However, the prime duty of government is to reduce the sufferings and provide basic living standards like, basic education, food and medicines for poor people. So many people are suffering due to lack of these basic facilities in poor countries. Additionally, the tax revenue in this countries are very less and these public institutions are mostly running out of sufficient budget. In this condition, if Governments uses their limited money for industrial developments, these people will be unhappy, as it is not beneficial for them rather than a waste of money.. Because people are not even educated to enjoy the upcoming job offers. Here people need measures to fulfill their immediate needs.

To conclude, according to the financial condition of the country and the need of its people, Governments should organize their money. Then only it will be beneficial for the people. I believe that the people in the poor countries are not satisfied with economic progress without relieving their sufferings.

Tessy, again it is out of the topic. You made a new opinion 'people in the poor countries are not happy with the economic growth' which is opposite to the topic.

Read the topic again 'Explain why do you think about it?', means you can only agree with the topic and explain the situation. You should not make something new. it is not like agree/disagree.

Then you need to give reasons like:

Economic growth may bring more pollution or more sufferings etc in both developing and developed countries, but people in developing countries can somehow tolerate (somehow happy)while people in developed countries can not tolerate(not happy).

Read the topic carefully and make sure you understand it exactly. You get a very mark if you write the essay out of topic.
