I am writing this to check the progress about a case which I have made on last Monday(1st of February) regarding a lost suitcase. I travelled through your airline from Singapore to Colombo on 1st February and during the journey my suitcase had been misplaced. It was a dark brown color suitcase with a black eagle badge on the top right corner. I had few clothes, a citizen watch and a google tab inside it.
I have opened a case on the same day I travelled, and the case number is 149A5683X. My personal and flight details are already entered to the case by the officer who handled it, Mr. W. A. Watson.
