The graph demonstrates the changes of crime such as burglary, car theft and robbery in the city center of Manchester between 2003 and 2012.
In total, by far the highest number of crime cases experienced in burglary whereas the lowest one was in robbery in the given period.
To start with, there was around 2,300 cases in car theft crime in 2003 and this figure decreased gradually to 2,000 in 2006. Then it oscillated till 2009 and it reached rapidly to nearly 2,800 in 2012.
From 2003, robbery crime increased slighly from 500 to 900 cases in 2005 as well as it remained unchanged untill 2012. As for burglary crime, the highest level of the crime cases was in this type about 3,800(in 2004). After that it declined dramatically to 1,100. Eventually, burglary crime stayed constantly by the end of 2012.
