Looking at the chart in more detail, it can be seen that in 1918 bought housings stood at around 23%, while leased accommodations stood at approximately 78%. After that, in 1939, owned accommodations decreased to approximately 68% while leased housings rose to about 32%. Following 1939, in 1953 both purchased and leased accommodations remained at the same percentage, before both continued the previous trends in 1961. In 1971, both bought and rented housings stayed at the same percentage, 50%.
In 1981, the possessed housings started to rise to 60% while leased accommodations decreased to 40%. After that, in 1991 and 2001, bought accommodations continued to increase to approximately 68% and 69%, respectively, while leased accommodations kept decreasing to around 32% and 31%, respectively. Then in 2011, bought housings made a decrease to around 62% while leased accommodations increased to about 36%.
