The chart below shows the total number of minutes (in billion) of telephone calls in the UK, divided into three categories, from 1995-2002
The bar chart depicts the number of telephones calls in United States of America, in three batches, Local, National and international and Mobiles, between 1995 and 2002, in a duration of eight years.
Overall, as it can be seen local(fixed lines) was the most useful way with an up-down trend, while the other categories increased in the period.
As is given in the chart, the local type raised in the first five years and declined for three last years. local calls were almost 70 in 1995 gradually went up and reached 90 billion minutes in 1990. After that, a downward trend started until stood on a little more than 70 in the last year of the period. On the other hand, national and international and mobile categories had a development trend. national and international calls reached roughly 30 and approximately 60 in 1995 and 2002 respectively. Finally, there was a wild shot up for the third type of calls, mobiles, started by about two and finished by 45 billion minutes.
