The chart below shows what Anthropology graduates from one university did after finishing their undergraduate degree course. The table shows the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.
While the pie chart illustrates what graduate students in one Anthropology university did after finishing a college degree, the table compares the wages of three types of employments after working for five years.
Overall, the majority of graduates chosen full-time jobs; whereas, part-time jobs and postgrad study had the least students. In addition, the lowest percentages of anthropologists working as all three kinds of employments received from 25000 to 49999 dollars.
As can be seen from the pie chart, over half of Anthropology graduates did full-time careers, which was followed by the proportion of students choosing part-time jobs, at 15%. Also, people pursuing full-time postgrad study and not known had an identical figure, at 8%, which was 4% lower than unemployed graduates. Consequently, only 5% of students opted to both part-time jobs and pursued postgrad study.
Regarding the table, there were the same rates of freelance consultants and government sector receiving 25000-49999 dollar and 50000-74999 dollar, which accounted for 5% and 10% respectively. Nevertheless, the proportion of those working in a private company and having 50000-74999 dollar wages, at 35%, was more than twice as large as that of the government sector. Besides, the percentages of those working as freelance consultants, in the government sector, and in private companies with the most generous salary in the table were 40%, 50% and 30% respectively.
