The two given graphs demonstrate why people study and the supports they receive from employers in term of time and financial. All data are shown in percentages and the target group are students under 26 to over 49.
The first paragraph indicates the purpose students study. When people grow older, the motivation of pursuing knowledge for working decreases where the incentive for enjoyment goes up, as the index applies for people under 40 and over 49. Interestingly, those in their forties revealed that both reasons they study are equal, of 40%.
As we can see in the second paragraph, the supports each generation received varies differently. Students under 26 gain the highest proportion of over 60%. This is followed by age group of 26-29 with 50% of aid. People between 30-39 receive the least help with the proportion of about 30% - approximately 2 times lower higher than those first group age get. The last two generations’ percentages of employer supports srise indicrementally, in which the data are sequently 35% and 40%.
From these perspectives, the older people are, the more interested they are in study. Obviously, people under thirties receive much supports than any other group age.
