The above pie diagrams give information about certain proportion of water for diverse reasons which have been used by six various regions in the world.
Overall, it is clear that although the main usage of water in Europe and North America were in industrial zone, the other 4 areas (South America, Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia) consumed most in agricultural part.
In two regions of Europe and North America, the great amount of water of 53% and 48% were consumed in industrial zones respectively. Also, proportion of 32 in Europe and 39 in North America were allocated in agriculture. In South America 71% of water were consumed in agriculture and the other 29 proportion were devoted into 19% in domestic and 10% in industry.
On the opposite, 3 similar areas which had the high percentage of water usage in agricultural zone, dedicated average of 85% in the mentioned category. In addition, both South East Asia and Central Asia utilized the same percentage of 7 in domestic zone. Finally, Africa used its own water sources 9% in domestic area, and the other one in seven in manufacturing.
