The pie charts illustrate the proportion of water used for industrial use, agricultural use and domestic use in six countries.
Overall, we can see that Europe and North America consume water in industrial sectors while the other four countries use most of its water in agricultur.
In terms of industrial use, it is obvious that nearly 53% of water in Europe used for industries as well as North America's usage that is about 48%. Then, South America come at the third place for 10% followed be South East Asia, Africa, and Central Asia (12%, 7%, and 5% respectively)
Central Asia is the highest country in using water for agriculture to around 88%. Africa and South East Asia are less than Central Asia (for about 4% and 7%).
The least country in using water for agricultural purposes is Europe for nearly 32%.
For domestic use, South America is the highest for using 19% of its water for this purpose. However, South East Asia and Central Asia are the least for approximately 7% for each.
