Overall, It was clearly depict the service of hotel was significant increase in 2010 compare to 2005.
First of all, Nearly half of the people were satisfied by service in 2005 it is 45% and decrease in 2010 to 17%.Number of customers were not satisfied with parkway hotel customer service and given low rating 21% poor and 15% very poor with time they were also reduce and in 2010 it were 12% and 4% respectively.
However, The reputation and service are incline with time. In 2010 39% customer had satisfied with service it is 25% more-than in 2005. In addition the excellent rating was sharply grow up within time it was 5% in 2005 and 28 % in 2010.
In conclusion, It had clearly shown the customer services was change and better than past time period by parkway hotel.
