The pie charts demonstrate the responses of students to a survey carried out by a university library about IT support and opening hours. Overall, full-time students felt happier than part-time ones with the IT support, whereas all students were satisfied with current opening hours.
In terms of IT support, the percentages of students were quite happy with its service both full and part-time were near the same 32% and 35% respectively. Over a haft of full-time students said that they were very happy with the IT support, which almost tripled that of part-time ones. Besides, only 13% of full-time students felt not happy at all with the IT support, while near half (45%) for part-time students.
By contrast, the majority of students felt happy with library’s current opening hours, more or less than seven in ten students stated they were really satisfied. 32% of full-time students were quite happy with those hours, compared with 23% of part-time ones. Especially, the proportion of students who felt not happy at all with opening hours was a small minority of under 5%.
