Compare to other nutrients, sodium is the highest ratio in all nutrients taken by the average person in the dinner. But, Breakfast and snacks show the lowest proportion that considerable people taking it. The second highest nutrient which is taken by some people in dinner is Saturated fat. Because this occupies 37% of the area in the proposed graph. Remains showed that minimal content in the breakfast and Lunch from 16% to 26%. The last and largest content of nutrient consumed in snacks is Sugar. As this is used by most of the people for coffee in the morning and Rest of other meal times such as Breakfast and Lunch is lower than morning breakfast.
Overall, overconsuming these nutrients harm the human body, so take control of it.
