Essay topics:

The charts below sow the results of a questionaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010

The pie charts illustrates the assessment of customer about Parkway Hotel's service in 2005 and 2010
Overall, It is clear that while there was an upward trend in the customer satisfaction, the opposite was true for the negative feedback. Also, most customer rated the hotel's service was satisfactory in 2005 whereas the rating in 2010 was good.
Looking at positive responses first, only 5% of the visitors rated the hotel's customer service was excellent in 2005, but this figure rose significantly to 28% in 2010. Furthermore while only 14% of guests described the service as good in 2005, almost 3 times as many people gave this rating 5 years later.
In term of negative responses, the proportion of visitors considering the hotel's service to be poor fell from 21% in 2005 in only 12% in 2010. Similarly, the percentage of people who thought customer service was very poor dropped from 15% to only 4% over the period of 5 years. Finally, a decrease in the number of "satisfactory" ratings in 2010 reflects the fact that more people gave positive feedback to the survey in that year.
