The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
The diagram illustrates the way in which instant noodles are made. Overall, manufacturing process consists of eight parts that begins with storing floor to storage silos and finishing up with labeling and sealing cups.
The first stage includes in pouring floor into storage silos from truck so as to make it ready to be mixed with water and oil in a mixer apparatus. After completing this process, the ready mixture is passed through a machine like rolling pins in order to make a dough sheets and then to dough strips where they are cut apart into pieces.
At the fifth stage, separated strips are put into noodles discs, and then they are cooked with oil and as well as dried. Next stage is pouring dried noodles into cups with the combination of vegetables plus spices. And finally, the manufacturing process completes with labeling and sealing the instant noodles filled cups.
