The diagram shows the procedure of producing instant noodles from initial ingredients to a complete product.
In general, there are 8 main stages before a cup of noodle is ready to be served beginning with the storage stage and finishing with the final labelling step.
From the very beginning, flour kept in trucks is transported to silos to be preserved and stored before using. Afterward, the flour will be poured into a mixer together with water and oil to create an integrated combination. As the mixer’s product, dough sheets will follow the roller to the next stage where they will be transformed into tiny strips.
The noodles later will be distributed into small discs and undergone a cooking and drying step to make noodle discs hard and dehydrated. The discs then will be positioned in cups along with the culinary condiments and vegetable packs inside. Eventually, labels and seals will be stuck on cups of instant noodles to make them a complete 8-stage instant noodle cup.
