The diagram below shows the plan for a proposed new town.

The given map illustrates the layout for a suggested novel town.
Overall, the town consists of two parts: housing estates and necessary facilities. It is also noticeable that most of the essential facilities are in the center of the town.
Regarding the middle of the town, there is a large rectangular land for transportation and car parks. Below it stands a line of big areas for recreational purposes. There is also a place for entertainment on the right of the rectangle-like land. The residential area is arranged in a surrounding circle with some minor roads and main ring roads leading further outwards.
Concerning the region which is outside the ring roads, there are clusters of residences in all 4 directions. The two industrial zones are between the housing estates: the smaller one is at the top of the plan, and the bigger one at the bottom. There is a small recreational area below the center. There are auxiliary roads connected to the ring roads among the houses and other facilities.
