Overall, is clearly evident that, the processes involved in the preparation of yogurt involves 6 steps before they are finally transported in yogurt containers by vehicle.
Firstly, milk is left in a container for exactly half an hour as once more time is allowed, the thicker the yogurt becomes. At this stage, the temperature of the milk is measured at 90 degree celsius with a thermometre. Secondly, the milk is left to cool at a relatively lower temperature (44 degree celsius) as compared with the initial stage. After this, live bacteria is then added to the already cooled milk and left for approximately 4 hours. Here, the temperature is significantly lower than either the first or second stage.
In order to maintain optimal low temperature, the milk is then kept in a refrigerator before an amount of sugar and strawberry are added. Lastly, yogurt is produced, by which it is poured in its containers and carried by vehicle to consumers.
