The flow graph gives information about how to produce smoked fish and there are eight main steps.
Firstly, all the fresh fishes need to be killed by knifes in the factor, after which those prepared fishes need to be cooked in the boiled water. At the same time, some salts are needed to spice up
the fishes. Next, the whole pot is covered by the top and being cooked by the strong fire. Five minutes later, the cooked one are put into the upper space in the bucket which is divided into two space. To smoke the fish, lots of saw dusts put under the down space in the bucket are burned by hot burning coals. There are lots of smoked are produced in order to smoke fishes and add flavor in.
After smoking, some of the fishes are directly sent to be packed by boxes while the rest of them need to be covered by yellow color to make them seen more delicious. And all the colored and cooked fished also sent to be packed. Finally, those smoked fish packaging are transported to the markets by many trucks.
