The char underneath illustrate how often Americans consumed meal in fast food restaurants between year 2003 to 2013.
Overall, a significant growth was seen in population having fast food meal once or twice a month whereas rest other category either faced a decline in ratio or remained steady.
In 2003 most opted option was several times a week accounting more than 30% which get boosted to around 33% in year 2006. A similar kind of trend was seen in several times a week and a few times a year too. Resulting rise from about 12% to 20% in former and from near about 13% to 15% in later. Whereas once or twice a month suffered a drastic fall of 5% resulting 30% in 2003 to 25% in 2009 whereas statistics of the population consuming fast food daily for those who choose never remained under 5%.
Despite facing a loss in the year 2006, once or twice a month gained a significant growth of about 7% reaching peek value of around 33% in year 2013 whereas others underwent decline or remained in equilibrium with year 2006.
