The presented line graph shows the quantity of waste generated by three companies in tonnes, from the year 2000 to 2015.
The amount of waste produced by Company C showed a steady but significant increase over the period of 15 years, while, both the other companies A and B experienced a downward trend.
In 2000, the waste produced by company C was 4 tonnes and showed a gradual increase in its production till 2005, reaching up to 6 tonnes. From the year 2005 to 2010, the rate of increase in annual production of waste was slower, but in 2010 it exceeded the production of Company B. In the next five years, the production rate had shown a steep increase in graph, outraced the Company A's production and reached up to 10 tonnes by the year 2015.
Production of Company A and B started far from each other, 12 and 8 tonnes respectively, but seems to be approaching each other in th e year 2005. As, former showed decrement and latter showed increment by converging in between 10 to 11 tonnes. For the remaining 10 years, Company B had experienced a dramatic decrease, with a production of 3 tonnes only, whereas, Company A had shown a gradual decrease in it production, falling down to 8 tonnes.
