Overall, these data sources clearly communicate that employed male workers are higher than female ones over the 4 countries, in which the gaps in Finland and Norway are close while those in South Africa and Chile are wider.
Taking a closer look at the bar, one can see that Norwegian men who are in labor age claimed the most proportion compared to other countries, roughly 80% while the female workers’ figure was close behind with 75%. Chilean and Finnish male employees shared almost the same proportions at 70%, in which the former case was a bit higher. However, the numbers of female workers in Finland accounted for about 60%, almost doubled than those in Chile with over 30%. In Africa, the percentage of male workers was the lowest among the 4 countries, making up 50%, followed by the South African female at nearly 40%.
