The data in the presented line graph depicts the number of university graduates passed out in Canada from the year 1992 to 2007.
The graph showed a comparison between the passed out males and females. It is conspicuous from the graph that the number of passed out female graduates were always ahead of the number of males.
Back in the year 1992, passed out females were around 99,000. The number of females showed a gradual increase to around 104,000, till the year 1995. Whereas, after 1995 it showed a trough till 2000, ending at the same from where started around 104,000. After this year, there was a dramatic increase in the numbers of female graduates, numbers reaching as high as 147,000, at the end of the given period.
In contrast to this, the number of male graduates were much lower. They were around 72,000, in the year 1992, and then showed little ups and downs till 1998, but numbers were stilll the same at the end. After 1998, the male graduates showed a little increase in numbers till 2000, upto 74,000. Then, at the end of the period, the number of male graduates also experienced a steep in increase in the graph, reaching as high as 96,000, in the year 2006.
