The given line graph shows the number of people watching channel one news per day in one year. These figures are classified according to time in a day. Overall, it can be seen from this line graph that the number of people watching at 6 p.m is the highest figure while the rate of people watching at 1 p.m is the lowest.
In January, the figure of people watching at 6p.m reached the highest point of approximately 5 millions, followed by viewing figure at 9:30 p.m with more than 3 millions. After 3 months, there was a steady decline in viewers at 6 p.m to approximately 4 millions, at which point, the viewers at 9:30 p.m went up gradually from more than 3 millions to nearly 4 millions. However, in August, the proportion of people watching at 9:30 p.m went down suddenly and reached the lowest point of more than 1 millions. In this stage, the watchers at 6p.m decreased slightly to about 3,5 millions. From August to December, the viewing figure at 6p.m fluctuated extremely and reached more than 3 millions in the last year. In the last 4 months of the year, the viewers at 9:30p.m increased significantly to 3 millions in December.
Turning to the two remaining groups, in the first 5 months of the year, the people watching channel at 1p.m stayed unchanged with approximately 1,5 millions. And in these months, the viewers at 11 pm didn’t appear. In May, the trend of watching at 11 p.m appeared with close to 0,5 millions. After 2 months, this trend continued upward to about 3,5 millions and this was followed by the highest number in August with 4 millions. However, the viewing figure at 1p.m maintained the same level at more than 1 millions. In the last 4 months of the year, the watchers at 11p.m saw a considerable fall to nearly 1 millions in December, while the people watching at 1 p.m reached a plateau of about 1 millions
