The line graph illustrates the number of stolen cars per thousand cars in the UK, Sweden, France, and Canada in a period from 1990 to 1999.

Over all, it can be clearly seen that, the number of stolen cars are far higher in the UK than the other countries. And the Sweden showed increased trend of car thefts over the given period.

To begin, the stolen cars in the UK in 1990 stood at about 17 cars per thousand cars. Although, the numbers were fluctuated over the next years to finish at just under the starting number, it remained higher than all three countries in all period.

France and Canada experienced nearly the same trend by approximately 6 and 7 car theft respectively in 1990,then the number showed slight decrease over next three years to leveled off at 5 cars theft per 1000 vehicles in 1999. In contrast to this, Sweden the only country that show increased numbers of car thefts. started a period at about 6 car stolen in 1990,after that the rate increased significantly to finish as high as 15 cars stolen per 1000 vehicles in 1999.
