The bar chart given below illustrate the main excuse for study among pupils of diverge age and total of espouse they accepted from employers. It can be seen that career was the biggest main reason for study among pupils in age under 26 and the highest support by employer to under 26

Regarding to the data, the top of main excuse for learning owned under 26 pupils reach 80 for career. Followed by 70 pupils from 26-29 and 58 pupils from 30-39 with same reason. Otherwise, in over 49 saw the biggest pupils reason for study cause interest with 70 and 19 others for career. Whereas in 40-49 from 80 pupils, owned amount similarity to choose reason study, each 40 cause for career and interest

In the another data, the biggest employer support in age under 26 with 63 employer. The second was age around 26-29 who supported by 50 employer. Succeed 45 employer espoused over 49 age group. Two others age group (30-39 and 40-49) only supported less from 40 employer. There was similarity between the highest total study in under 26 with the biggest support from employer. Likewise with pupils in 26-29 and two others group age students (30-39 and 40-49), although not as many as employer which supported student under 26. On the contrary, there was contrast foe over 49 age group which constitute two of top total student, only supported with a little employer, smaller than employer which supported 26-29 age group
