In addition, a coffee shop has been built up in the north-east of the parking area. To the right-hand side, the agricultural land had drastically changed to become woods where numerous trees grew up. Furthermore, people could go to the lake and woods area from the car park by the footpath which linked these two together.
Regarding the opposite site, the presenting of steps benefits the demand of citizens in moving between two places. People tend to do many activities on the beach after development.
