The maps depict the considerable transformation to Norbiton which currently is an industrial area.
Overall, there are many new buildings erected and some factories have been converted to housing for the people.
First and Foremost, currently, a river flows freely towards the northern part of area, which remains undisturbed in the future plan as well, although a flyover is built across the river that leads to a housing area towards the north that sucks that the home oversees the water. As of now this space is occupied by a farmland. Additionally, the south of the flyover connects to the central block thus eliminating a factory on its way. The north-western part holds space for a factory, which is going to be replaced by a pathway starting from central block and end with houses.
The east part of the region is modernised to build a playground and school. The pathway is untouched except for a new cross section that forms the entrance to the playground and towards the east ends with a school, where there a factory now. Likewise, the south of the town is replenished with shops and medical centre on either side of the road that connects to a small roundabout which is presently missing. The path on the south remains the same except for a smaller round block.
