It is clear that the farmland will be moved to the east instead of beside the central of the river. At the same time, a housing and the road will be built on the north which people can get there through the bridge.
There are many factories around the road, however, the housing will replace its. On the west, the shops and flats will be build beside the road. On the east, except for the houses, there is a playground and school that enable to arrive through the road, but there are just factories in the same place now.
