The graph compares the current Norbiton industrial area with the proposal plan of the site.
Overall, the changes consist of expanding, replacing and building new areas for the site to accommodate people better.
The road on the southern side of the map will have a roundabout in the middle of the road. On the left of the first roundabout, a Medical centre will be added. The shops will be constructed on the southwestern side of the second roundable, which will remain the same in both maps. All the factories will be replaced with Housing facilities on the east, northwest, and north side of the map.
The road on the eastern side of the big roundable will lead to 2 new buildings that will be constructed in the future plan, which are School and playground, with School will be built at the end of the road while the Playground will be built on the north of the road accompanied with the east housing facility. The northwest side of the second roundable, a road will be built and leads to the northwest housing facility. On the northern side of the map the farmland will be moved to accommodate the new housing facility with the road leading up to it.
