The given flow chart depicts the process of conversion of wasted glass bottles. Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are 3 stages in the whole recycling process, beginning with the collecting of wasted glass bottles and ending up with the usage in the supermarkets.
To begin, the wasted bottles are collected and delivered to the collection point, then they are transported to the glass factory. After that, bottles are cleaned in the high-pressure water. The process continues with the breaking of the bottles into small pieces in the glass factory. Then, pieces of bottles are burnt in the furnace with the high temperature between 600 and 800 degrees. Following this, recycled liquid glasses are shaped on the glass mould which is the prelast recycling process.
In the subsequent stage, after being shaped in the glass mould, the recycled bottles are ready for sale. At the final stage, new bottles are delivered to the supermarkets.
