Overall, the number of visitors from Canada and other countries to US increased significantly while from China and Mexico gradually dropped over the period. It’s clear to see that many Canadian and Mexican travel to America.
The years 1990 witnessed a dramatic reduction of the percentage of Mexican, which were the highest at 53% in 1988, followed by China and others (respectively 12% - 9%, 25% - 20%). On the other hand, the amount of travellers from Canada climb up sharply.
It can be seen from the charts that after two years (1990-1992), while the figure of visitors from China and Mexico kept falling considerably at 4% and 40%, there was a great increase in Canada and others
