The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.

The two maps illustrate some changes in the structure of a university's sports centre before and after redeveloped.

Overall, the largest change in the sports centre is the replacement of the both outdoor courts into various facilities on the edges of the university.

At present, this centre has a large building in the middle and two outdoors courts to the west and east. Inside the building , there is a reception facing the entrance, a 25m pool is behind the reception and the gym at the back. On the east of the pool, there is a seating area and on the west of the pool is the changing room.

In the future, apart from the widen of the gym and the destruction of outdoor courts, on the right of the entrance, the café will be built and next to it is the changing room. In the same direction, after renovated, the sports hall will be merged with the seating area. In addition, two dance studios will be add nearby the sports hall. From the west of the entrance, the sports shop will be arranged next to the third changing room.Remarkably, the leisure pool will be built on the original sit of the west outdoor courts.
