The table below show the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two period.Summari

The given table provides information about the majority of tourists who visited Ashdown museum before and after the innovation, whereas the pie charts show the satisfaction proportion of those masses who went same museum.

Overall, it is interesting to note that before modelisation, there was the highest percentage of those visitors who were dissatisfied, but after renewal this proportion decreased, as a result, the number of tourists had increased around one fourth of earlier visitors.

It can be clearly seen that, there were 74000 people who went to museum before refurbishment, but 40% of them were dissatisfied followed by 30% visitors who were very dissatisfied regarding Museum amenities which was the double of satisfied persons. Further, half of satisfied visitors who were in the proportion of 10%, had no response.

Moving further, after the innovation of museum, the number of visitors rose which was recorded 92000 as well as the percentage of satisfied and very satisfied masses increased which was approximately similar, while nearly half of them recorded as dissatisfied visitors followed by very satisfied persons (only 5%). However, after renewal of museum the proportion of those masses who did not have any response stayed identical as compared to before refurbishment.
