The table compares the number of tourists visiting Ashdown Museum before and after its refurbishment. The two pie charts continue to show the percentage of visitors’ attitudes towards these changes in the same mentioned time.
Overall, the renovated Ashdown Museum welcomed a higher number of travelers compared to the past. Moreover, while dissatisfaction was the dominant feeling that visitors usually had during the year before refurbishment, an optimistic sign happened when that feeling was replaced by satisfied attitudes later on.
Regarding the table, 74,000 people was the starting number of the survey in Ashtown Museum, which soon increased noticeably to 98000 people after being refurbished.
In the pie charts, the proportion of visitors who shared the feeling of dissatisfaction declined significantly from 40%, the highest figure in pie, to only one-third of it at 15% after refurbishment. 10% was the the rate of people being extremely dissatisfied which was double the figure of the year later. Having a similar rising trend, the percentage of visitors who were very satisfied and satisfied increased from 15% and 30% to 35% and 40% respectively, and became the frequent attitudes among people when entering the new museum. Additionally, the figure of not responding people remained stable at 5% each period.
