To begin with, 7400 people visited Ashdown Museum the year before refurbishment. However, the percentage of travellers who were dissatisfied was 40. 30% and 15% of visitors were satisfied and very happy about their trip respectively. Moreover, 5% of travellers did not give any response. The proportion of visitors who were very unhappy, it accounted for 10%.
Moving towards, after rebuilding, 92000 travellers visited Ashdown Museum. There had been drastic increase seen in the number of visitors who were satisfied and very happy about their trip after the reconstruction, it comprised to 40% and 35% correspondingly. Although the percentage of dissatisfied visitors was decreased by 25, a dramatic increase was noticed in very dissatisfied travellers, it was 35%. Moreover, the same number of visitors did not interest to give any feedback after the reconstruction, which was only 5%.
To sum up, it can be vividly manifested that after the reconstruction of Ashdown Museum a lot of travellers were attracted.
