The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pictures depict the layout of the current and upcoming Norbiton Industrial Area.
In general, the town will undergo a dramatic transformation in the future, except for the roundabout at the centre of the town. In addition, a wide range of residential facilities and houses will be built.
Currently, the town is surrounded by a road on the south and a river on the north, which separates it from the farmland. The entrance to the town is from the road at the southern end. From there, it leads to a roundabout, which when turned to the right side, takes you out of the town to a factory. Factories are located around the roundabout and its exit.
In the future plan, the T-intersection of the entrance will be turned into a small roundabout, which will make the means of transport more versatile. Around the old roundabout will be a new medical centre, new shops, and three exits, which will all have houses along one or both sides of them. The old exit from the old roundabout will lead to a school, and three ranges of housing and a playground will be constructed on both sides of it. The one new exit will go to a new housing area. The new second exit will link the town to the old farmland, where there will be a parallel road alongside the river bank and a new housing area, accessible by a road over the river. The old farmland part on the east of the river will be kept.
