Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the construction of flats in the park opposite my residence at 25, 3rd Street Avenue, Ohio. This is a peaceful establishment with an open ground for children to play and close to 50 families staying nearby that have access to it.
I came across this information from an acquaintance in the local council which is responsible for building the block of flats. I thank him for the useful heads-up but it had to be brought to your notice since this a matter of serious consideration.
Learning about this development took me by surprise as the place chosen for the construction is outrageous. Reason being, this park is the only place where the children staying around can spend their leisure time. To add to it, older people stroll in the park too. Hence, construction of any sort will defeat the aforementioned purpose, that exist today. This wouldn't be taken positively by the families.
Request you to publish this development in your esteemed newspaper so that it can be brought to the notice of higher authorities and can therefore, prevent the construction. Your support would be deeply appreciated.
Yours sincerely
Rahul Malhotra
