Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Anna, I am a regular customer of your transport service. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the recent concern with bus service, precisely the reliability of it.
I am a student and commuting since last year by the bus, on route Kale Street to University. I have never a complaint regarding any issue till now, recently the new driver is messing up with the timings at bus stops, eventually, being late he drive roughly on roads, even sometimes avoiding the traffic signals just to get on time to destinations. Many travelers complain him to be conscious and be punctual, yet he never listens. Due to continuous delay at college, I have already missed several class lectures. In the next few months, exams are going to happen, in these crucial days, I cannot take a risk to miss the classes.
I suggest to have a talk with the driver and ask the matter. Apart from this, if he is not ready to provide good service then please replace him, otherwise, there is a possibility of customer and reputation loss.
Looking forward to any optimistic prompt action taken in this issue from your side, I thank you for your consideration.
Your Faithfully,
Anna Mathew
