Dear Sir,
The purpose of this letter is to complain about the iPhone I purchased from your shop yesterday. The iPhone has various problems and missing accessories. Therefore, I would like to request a reimbursement of full payment or replacing with the new one.
Accordingly, the iPhone box has missing headphone and the adapter for charging a device. Furthermore, the home button and the slide button on the left side of the iPhone for toggling between modes are not working. Most importantly, the screen of the iPhone is broken from the top right corner and has many scratches.
I am sorrowful with the purchased I had made from your shop. Therefore, I would like to request you to arrange a full refund which is seven hundred dollars plus Tax. Furthermore, as the iPhone is of my likeness and I always prefer using the iPhone. Therefore, I would consider replacement instead of reimbursement with a new piece.
You may courier replacement to the location enclosed with this envelope. Also, the defected iPhone.
I look forward to receiving a replacement, a newly packed iPhone from you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Moses
