Dear sir,
I am writing to you to notify about a problem that I have encountered. As you know, my work duty is to listen to recordings of conversations with our customers. A couple of weeks ago my headphones have started to make some terrible noise.
Unfortunately, I am not able to hear every detail of the conversation because this sound interrupts the speech. The headphones have already repaired twice but the problem is still up and it makes me worried about the monthly report. If I make a mistake this time, I will be punished or even be fired.
If you have the opportunity to provide the new headphones for me it would be great. If you do not, maybe you have the extra headphones for a couple of days until I finish my report. I hope you reply to me as soon as possible because my time is almost up.
