you are looking for a part-time job at a football club.
Write a letter to the manager of the football club. In your letter,
• introduce yourself
• explain what experience and special skills you have
• tell him/her when you think you could start
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire about a part-time employment opportunity at your club.
I am Jessica Parrish and my residence is near to the club. At the moment, I am in my final year of Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Furthermore, my age 26 years and I also have a local driving license.
Moreover, I have 2 years of job experience as a co-ordinator in a marketing firm. Besides this, I have hands on knowledge of SAP software which is also used by your club. Recently, I have accomplished Microsoft training course and soon I will implement it’s use in day to day life.
I am keen to work with your organization and I can join as soon as possible. In addition, I would also like to mention that I can work extra-time over the weekends if my joining is from this week. This is because I have summer break and hence I am available to work extra hours.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Jessica Parrish
