You are not happy about a service you received a couple of days ago from a company and you have decided to complain about it.
Write a letter to the company to complain about the poor service you received from its employee. In your letter, express:
why you went to the shop/office
how the employees behaved to offend you
what you expect the company to do
Dear Sir/Madadm,
I am writing this letter to register a complain on the quality of services that I have received from your company staff last week when I've decided to purchase a laptop from your electronic shop. On November 26th, I went to your store in order to buy a new laptop since mine getting old, and I was seeking for a technical consultation by one of your employees about what device might match my preferences, unfortunately, nobody helped me correctly and even their behaviour was too unprofessional and rude.
The employees that i met at that day have extremely poor behaviour and they were treating most of the cutsomers like that. they firstly have insufficient product knowledge as most of the times they told clients to read the labels for more clarifications. Secondly, they were talking loudly too much and not caring about our inquiries. Many people indeed have left the shop with very bad feelings.
Therefore, I was so disappointed with such a negative attitude from your workers. However, as far as I know you always care about having a great reputation. Thus, I am expecting you to retrain your staff adequately in terms of helping customers and be more professional and polite.
I hope that you will address such crucial concerns as soon as possible to maintain your reputation among other companies.
Best regards
Bilal
