Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that I would like to apply for one-month sabbatical leave to complete human resource certification in compensation and benefits structure.
As informed you earlier, I am pursuing an executive program in HR with the job. Now, I am going to take the final exam after a month to complete it. This course requires me to present in the last trimester of course to complete the assigned projects which are a part of this paper evaluation. Therefore, requesting for your approval.
In my absence, another teammate will handle my job responsibilities and duties. In case of any emergency, I will be available on phone and email. After resuming work, If require, I am ready to extend the working hours to indemnify the loss of work happened in the duration.
As this program covers important techniques of competency mapping, assessment centers design, job evaluation, and strategic fit analysis. After doing the same, we can implement it in the current HR process to make it more smooth and error-free.
Looking forward to your positive response.
Thanks for all the support.
Yours Sincerely,
Ajkj
