Dear Ms. Najafi,

My name is Aidin Farughi. I am writing to inform you that I am not able to continue the course I registered for this quarter.

As you may know, I work full-time everyday from 9-17. After the work, I come to the institute to carry on the classes from 8 p.m to 10 p.m. Although I did my best to keep up with the work and the course, I failed to do so since holidays are coming up and I am forced to stay extra hours at work to finish the tasks.

At the moment, due to my busy daily agenda, not only am I not able to work properly owing to chronic tiredness, but I do not have the time to study and follow the lessons taught by you.

Consequently, I have decided to drop the course for now and start it over again another time. I suppose after the holidays the old of tasks to take care of at my career will be less, and I would be able to register again for the course.

I look forward to having you as my teacher again after the holidays.

Yours Sincerely,
Aidin Farughi
