Dear Frank

It has been so long since we last were in touch and I have not forget all the wonderful times we spend together last year.

I really look forward to this summer vacation to Australia since we haven’t been hang out together for almost 1 year. I did a lot of researches on the tourist attractions we can visit together since this will be the first time for me to visit Australia. I even brought a swim suit for going to the beach.

However, last week I was notified by the doctor that my cousin got an epidemic at her school. Since I am her only relative live in the same city with her. I have to look after her for the upcoming two weeks.

I am sorry for the inconveniences I brought to you. Would it be possible if you stick to the original plan and I will catch up with you later in Australia if my cousin get better? I can change my air ticket at no cost and fly to Australia in late June.

Let me know if you agree with my alternative plan.

All the best

Bill
